How much does a website cost?

We have three plans. Starter at ₹9,999 (single-page site with WhatsApp button and basic SEO). Standard at ₹19,999 includes a multi-page website, lead capture forms, WhatsApp integration, SEO, and Google Analytics. Premium at ₹39,999 adds custom design, advanced SEO, Google Ads landing pages, and 30 days of post-launch support.

How long does it take to build my website?

3-5 working days from the day we receive your content and requirements. Most clients are live within a week.

Will my website actually get me leads?

Yes. Every website includes WhatsApp click-to-chat, call buttons, enquiry forms, and local SEO setup. Your customers find you on Google, land on your site, and contact you directly.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

Zero. We handle everything - domain, hosting, design, development, WhatsApp setup, and SEO.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo (we can create one if you don't have it), photos of your business or products, and a 15-minute call to understand your goals. We handle the design, copy, technical setup, and launch.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

We include revision rounds in every plan. You review the design before we code a single line. If something doesn't feel right, we change it.

Terms of Service | Probild — Website Design India

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using probild.in ("the Website") or engaging Probild ("we," "our," or "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Services We Provide

Probild offers the following services:

Website design and development
Search engine optimization (SEO)
WhatsApp business integration
Lead generation and conversion optimization
Domain and hosting setup
Post-launch support and maintenance

Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before project commencement and documented in the project proposal shared via WhatsApp or email.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Our standard packages start at ₹9,999 (Starter), ₹19,999 (Standard), and ₹39,999 (Premium).
Payment terms are 50% advance before work begins and 50% before the website goes live.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.
Custom projects are quoted separately based on scope and requirements.

4. Project Timeline

Standard websites are delivered within 3–5 working days from receipt of all required content and materials from the client. Timelines may vary for custom projects. Delays caused by client-side content or feedback delays are not our responsibility.

5. Revisions

Starter plan: 1 round of revisions
Standard plan: 2 rounds of revisions
Premium plan: 3 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged at a mutually agreed rate. Major scope changes (adding new pages, features, or functionality not in the original brief) are treated as separate work and quoted accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand assets) in a timely manner
Provide a single point of contact for feedback and approvals
Review and provide feedback within 3 business days of each milestone
Ensure all content provided to us is owned by you or properly licensed

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project.
We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licences.
Our proprietary code frameworks, templates, and internal tools remain our property.

8. Hosting and Domain

If we set up hosting and domain on your behalf, the accounts are registered in your name. You retain full ownership and access credentials. Annual renewal charges for hosting and domain are your responsibility and are separate from the website design fee.

9. Post-Launch Support

Starter: 7 days of bug-fix support after launch
Standard: 14 days of bug-fix support after launch
Premium: 30 days of support including minor updates

Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments only. New features, pages, or redesigns are quoted separately. Extended support is available on a monthly retainer basis.

10. Refund Policy

If you cancel before design work has started, you receive a full refund of any advance paid.
If you cancel after design mockups have been shared, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the design work completed.
If the final website is delivered as per the agreed scope and you choose not to launch it, no refund is applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Probild is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business results, leads, or revenue from the websites we build.

12. Website Usage

When using probild.in, you agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website
Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
Interfere with the Website's functionality or security

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
